La livraison s'est bien passée. En revanche, le véhicule qui devait être restitué n'avait pas été pris en compte par la plateforme et cela a nécessité plusieurs appels pour pouvoir débloquer la situation. Je remercie le convoyeur pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme.

The process was very long pick up was meant to be 11.30am. The driver was on time and did brilliant job but it took ages to connect to the team to confirm the condition of the car. They finally left around 3.30pm

Driver arrived at 10:00 am. Took until 11:45 for all the admin to process. Possibly because his contact was on holiday. After the car check he was constantly phoning or waiting for phone calls to confirm everything was ok and that eventually a payment had gone through.

Prestataire très sympa pas de souci ! Par contre il n’était pas au courant que le véhicule était électrique et le trajet de retour risque d’être compliqué pour lui ( 120 km d’autonomie sur l’autoroute pour 250 km a parcourir !!! )
