For every DriiveMe movement, the P&V insurance replaces the annual insurance of the owner
You have no action to take
In case of an accident, it is the insurance provided by DriiveMe that intervenes,
allowing the owner to be fully covered
without any risk of incurring a penalty

The conditions of insurance
For the driver
- The driver must be at least 26 years old and have 3 years (must be proven by an accident history) of valid license in Belgium
- The vehicle usage is strictly for completing movements booked through the DriiveMe platform
- The driver must not have had any fault claims in the last 3 years, or their licence for less than 5 years
- The driver must not sub-rent the vehicle
- The vehicle can only be driven in Belgium and in the neighbouring countries
For the owner
- The vehicle must NOT have a value greater than €100,000
- The vehicle must have four wheels and a weight which is less than or equal to 3.5 tonnes.
- The owner must be a resident of Belgium
- The vehicle must not exceed 9 seats (including the driver).
- The vehicle must be insured throughout the year.
- Vehicle repairs must be carried out by approved Belgian garages.
